     Border has a Gentleman's hat, umbrella, brief case and dress shoe on it all in black.  Background is an off white and blocks re surrounded by red pin stripe material look in a dark red.  Edges are trimmed in black.  Vinyl coated, prepasted, washable and scrubbable.
